I recommend this story because it is so exciting when Julie, Erick and Neil try to save the princess. The castle is so tall and amazing. You should see the giant spider and the wonderful illustrations! This is a great book for students in third and fourth grade.

The Mayor of Central Park is an awesome story about squirrels playing baseball my favorite part was when the central park green sox beat the rats if you like books about baseball you might like this fantasy book. I recommend this story because it’s weird to see mice and rats play baseball in New York City on a baseball field and they have job to do such as driving garbage trucks, delivering newspaper, and working at restaurants. This is a wonderful book, I give it    stars. I recommend for students in 4th-5th grade.

Now she lives in Victorian London where she makes money off a singing flower. Now she has to go back to Wonderland to become queen. If you like books about magic you might like this Fantasy/Adventure book. I recommend this story because it’s exciting to read all the stuff that happens. This is an amazing book, I give it     stars. It is recommended for students in 5-8 grade.

The Anybodies is a magical story about a girl named Fern that gets switched at birth but does not notice. Will she ever see her mother or father? If you like stories about people that see and do magic you might like this fiction book. I recommend this story because there are the most unbelievable things you could ever imagine this is a wonderful, great and terrific book for students in 4-7.

Charlie and the Chocolate Factory is an exciting story about Charlie, Mr. Wonka, Violet, Mike TV, Veruka, and Augustus. The problem is that Mr. Wonka is ill and needs someone to take care of the factory. So Wonka gives out 5 golden tickets and the ones who find them go to his factory. Who will get his factory? Will it be greedy Veruka, hypnotized Mike TV, fat Augustus, chewing gum violet, or Charlie? If you like books about chocolate and adventure you might like this fantasy book. I recommend this story because this story is very interesting. It has Charlie, Violet, Mike TV, and fat Augustus. It is the best book and movie ever. This is a fantastic book and I give it     stars.

Dragon Rider is an awesome story about a dragon named Firedrake. Humans start to move onto the land he lives on. Firedrake decides to take his friends Ben and Sorrel on a journey to help him find the Rim of Heaven, where he and all the dragons will be safe. They make awesome stops on their way! Oh and the ending is really awesome! You must read this book and find out what happens at the end! Also this is a fantasy book so if you like fantasy books that are packed with adventures then you will love this book. I recommend this story because in this story friends are found and made, and it is so sweet. This story takes place mostly up in the sky. The characters are nice and a bit snotty, which makes it so interesting! This is a great book.

Dragon Rider by Cornelia Funke is a story about a boy, dragon and a quest. This book is tremendous because it is about a dragon named Firedrake and a boy named Ben. They go on a journey to find a place called the Rim of Heaven. But first they have to destroy the golden dragon named Nettlebrand who eats other dragons. If you like adventures you are going to like this book. I like the book Dragon Rider because it has adventure and it takes place around the world. If you like books about dragons you might like this fantasy book. I recommend this story because the plot is spectacular, enticing and very exhilarating. I also recommend this book because it is hilarious. The characters are genius and it takes place around the world. This is an awesome book, I give it     stars.

Wait Till Helen Comes is a scary story about a girl named Molly and a boy named Michael. Their mother got married to a man named Dave. He has a daughter named Heather. She has made Molly’s and Michael’s life miserable. She tells Molly and Michael she has made a new friend who is a ghost named Helen. She tells them they better be nice to her or Helen is going to come and get them. But she says to wait till Helen comes because you have not been very nice. If you like books about graveyards and ghosts you will like this horror fiction book. I recommend this story because it has some obstacles the characters have to get through. And also it is about coming together and finding the best in people. This is a great book, I give it     stars.

Aquamarine is a fantastic story about these girls trying to find love in three days. The main characters are Hailey, Claire, and Aquamarine. Setting is really awesome it is in the ocean, Claire’s house, and the beach. The problem of this story is that Aquamarine has too find love in three days or she has too marry this blow fish. If you like books about fiction you might like this excellent book. I recommend this story because this book is fascinating because how it feels to go on land for only three days and you see wonderful animals. Life is to have fun not to be averade of it. This is a wonderful book, I give it     stars. It is recommended for students in 3rd or 4th grade.

Starlight is an awesome story about 5 cat clans finding a new home and getting new territory. The characters are Squirrelflight, Brambleclaw, Crowfeather, Firestar, Blackstar, Leopardstar, Madclaw, One Whisker, Barkface, Mistyfoot, Cinderpelt, Leafpaw, and Blackclaw. If you like books about fantasy, action and death you might like this fantasy book. I recommend this story because it takes place by a lake with ¼ deciduous forest and another ¼ pine forest. There is no bad language. There is a lot of fighting and death and blood in this book. This is an excellent book, I give it     stars. It is recommended for students in all grades above 4th.

On top of that, she finds out about her long lost father and the real secret behind Mr. Beeston. If you like books about mermaids and secrets you might like this fantasy book. I recommend this story because it has a lot of details about each and every character, and because it’s really interesting. It has a lot of facts and words that make it sound awesome. This is a magnificent book. I give it     stars. It is recommended for students in 4th- 6th grade.

It's Snow Joke is a friendship bonding story about Katie getting switched into a ski instructor. The characters are Jeremy, Rose, Katie, and Suzanne. The main idea is Katie and her friends go to this mountain to have skiing lessons. The problem is Katie almost gets the skiing instructor fired. Katie thinks of a great idea to get her instructor back into her job. Then Katie and her friends get real lessons to learn how to ski. Also Katie, Jeremy and Suzanne get something special to do at the end. Find out what they get to do in Katie Kazoo Switcheroo: It's Snow Joke. If you like books about friendship you might like this fantasy book. I recommend this story because it's a marvelous, fantastic story about friendship and acting. This is a wonderful book for students in 3rd or 4th grade. I give it     stars.

Lucy found a secret wardrobe when they were playing hide-and-seek. When they go to Narnia in the wardrobe, their lives are changed forever. They meet Aslan, the great lion for themselves. If you like books about magical things, you might like this fictional book. I recommend this story because there is always surprises, magical things, and gets you excited is really awesome.

If you read The Voyage of the Dawn Treader a Fabulous Narnia story you can find out what happens next. I recommend this book because it is awesome and you can’t wait to finish it. This book is fantastic I give it     stars. I recommend it to fourth and fifth grade.

Ghost Song is an exhilarating book about a cat that tells stories, the cat is the narrator. The cat tells a story about, Malyuta's son Ambrosi. Malyuta is a fur trapper for the Czar. One night Kuzma, a witch from the Ghost World, shows up and wants Ambrosi as a son so he can have an apprentice. Malyuta is not willing to give up his only son. So every night Malyuta struggles to keep his son Ambrosi. The setting is in the Arctic where it is very cold. If you like books about the Arctic and magic you might like this fantasy book. I recommend this book because it has exciting chapters. It has a lot of cool and difficult words, so it is a challenge. It pursuades you to keep reading. It is an awesome book.

Jessie’s granny has lost her charm bracelet and she is off to find it. Then she follows this cat just like her granny’s cat Flynn. When she follows the cat she goes into the realm and she finds magical creatures like mermaids, fairies, tiny horses, elves, pixes, and dwarves. Will Jessie find her grandmas bracelet? If you like books about realms and fairies then you might like this fabulous book. I recommend this story because second and third graders might like this book very much because of the easy vocabulary. This is an awesome book, I give it    stars.

One night when Malfoy (Harry's Enemy) challenged Harry to a duel, Harry and his two friends (Ron and Hermione) get lost. They are almost caught by the caretaker. They hide in a room. Bad for them because they are trapped in the room with a three headed dog. They see it is gaurding somthing. After they find out what it is they have to catch whoever is going to steal it. If you like books about adventure and suspence, you might like this fantasy book. I like this book because it is phenominally awesome. It is awesome because of the monsters and the plot.

Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets is a marvelous story about a boy named Harry Potter whose parents died by Voldemort. He goes to a magic school named Hogwarts and all these things keep happening. In this book he battles a snake, with his friend Hermione petrified and Ron not able to help him. Will he save the school or not? If you like book about magic then you might like this fantasy book. I recommend this story because of the way the author made the plot interesting, like in the castle when Harry is trying to find the snake. I also like the setting because I think it is cool when Harry is trapped in the dungeon. I also liked the characterization of Harry Potter because he is sort of a super hero and also looks weird and sort of cool with the lightening bolts scar. This is an exciting book, I give it     stars. It is recommended for students in 4th grade and higher.

Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets is an exquisite story about three magical wizards named Ron, Harry, and Hermione. It is a long magical story about a young wizard named Harry Potter. There is also an old legend named Hagrid. You will love this book because of Harry finding a mysterious chamber of secrets. If you like books about adventures, you will love this fantasy book. I recommend this book because it is very exotic with witchcraft and fascinating spells. This is a phenomenal book and I give it     stars. I recommend this book for students in 5th grade because it is long.

If you like books magical beings you might like this fantasy book. This book shows true friendship, and how Harry Potter goes through his years. It is a thrilling masterpiece of DaVinci like art. This is a fascinating book, I give it     stars. It is recommended for students in 5th-7th grade.

I recommend this story because I like how they can go through so many adventures that could kill them and they are still friends. This is an exciting book for students in 4th grade and up.

Hi I am Zuha in Mrs. Skerritt’s 5th grade class. The title of the book I will be reviewing is Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows by J.K. Rowling. This book was published in 2007. It has 759 pages. Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows is an adventurous book about a boy named Harry Potter who goes on an adventure with his friends Ron Weasly and Hermione Granger. They are set on an adventure to find objects called Horcruxes which each contain part of the soul of Lord Voldermort. There are at least 6 of them and so Harry is set on a quest to find them and destroy them all. He goes through many adventures on the way and in the end he battles Lord Voldemort. Read the book to see who wins and who dies. If you like books about magic and adventure you might like this fantasy book. I recommend this story because it’s filled with adventure and because it is exhilarating, enticing and very interesting. You should also read all the other Harry Potter books in order because they are also very fascinating. This is a very excellent book, I give it     stars. It is recommended for students in 4th grade and up.
Goosebumps: The Haunted Mask by R.L. Stine

The Haunted Mask is about a girl named Carly Beth who is teased by two kids named Chuck and Steve and is teased by her brother Noah. So she decides to get a really creepy mask and wants to scare Chuck and Steve. Her plan does not work out to well though, because Halloween is coming to a close and she can’t get her mask off. If you like books about creepy stuff you might like this mystery book. I recommend this story because it gets you thinking. It keeps you on the edge of your seat wondering why she can’t take her mask off, and it is weird because some stuff that really can not happen. This is a weird book, I give it    stars. It is recommended for students in 4th and 5th grader.

The Legend of Thunderfoot by Bill Wallace

The Legend of Thunderfoot is a breathtaking story. This book is about six roadrunners and a gopher turtle. The roadrunners names are Agile’Eka, Rocket, Brisk, Speedette, Tripsalot, and the turtle is Berland. It takes place in a desert. The problem is Thunder got bit by a rattle snake and isn’t good at running or flying. Will he ever make it in the desert with fierce bobcats and coyotes? Will he ever get better? If you like books about animal life you might this animal fantasy book. I recommend this story because it’s a book full of characters, wildlife and friendship. My favorite part is when Thunder kept on beating up the coyotes. This is an anonymous book, I give it     stars. It is recommended for students in fourth and fifth grade.
